Is there some way to make the default registration fields more editable? Right now, we can't change field names, add default values, re-size, and so on.
Ideally, they should sit under a "Registration Form" tab so we could have full control over the look of the form. An editable style sheet would be nice, too.

Big +1 for this !
I think it is time to bring the standard fields in EB into the same list as the custom fields.
Then they could be ordered and edited in the same way.
It would be great to have full control of the order in which any field appears on a form.
I'm guessing the standard fields were kept separate so that we don't mess up the alias etc or unpublish vital fields such as email?
Perhaps this could be achieved by simply locking out the ability to change specific parameters on the standard fields?
