Remove "Individual" when group disabled

Remove "Individual" when group disabled was created by jshucart
If group registrations are disabled, make all registrations just say "Register". There is no need for Register (Individual).

Register (Individual) is simply a language item. You can go to Event Booking -> Translation, find and change it easily !
