Registrants Import template

Hi Tuan,

I'm trying to export the registrants from an old event and then import the same registrants to a new event which I would then ask them to pay for.

Is it possible for the Import template to only generate a file for a specific Event ID rather than all Registrants on the system?

Hi Jen

On Registrants Management screen, please try to select the event you want before generating import template. Then check to see if it works as you want

No, unfortunately it doesn't work. The Import template brings in all registrants regardless of the selection.

Hi Jen

I see the problem and came up with a solution. Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package of Events Booking and update it to your site. Then check it again, it should work well
