Customise event registration heading

I need to have some custom text under the "Individual Registration" heading for only a single event.  How can I do this for a single event only not a blanket text that shows on all registration pages?
For example presently the top of the register page is

Individual Registration
Please enter information in the form below to process registration for event.....

I need to change or add to the text under the heading but just for a single evet
