I would like to be able to override formatter.php. Could you please add it to the modules that can have helper overrides.

PS: The reason for the override is to set the format to $config->date_format for public users. We do not want public users to know the start time of our events in case they arrive and try to join our members only events.
I do not want to introduce too many overrides because it will slowdown the system. So in this case, maybe you should override the layout which you need to make the change if needed instead
Could you please do that? You can ask me for the layout you need the change if needed and I can tell you the path which you need to implement the change and override
