hellohow to retrieve personalized fields from joomla users in personalized fields from registrants?
For example, a telephone number field created in the connected Joomla user that we want to retrieve automatically when opening the event registration form.

Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. The account which you are using to register for the event

3. Link to registration page

I will check to see why the fields are not being populated and get it sorted

As replied via support ticket, it is not working as expected because for these fields, you have Populate From Previous Registration parameter set to No

I edited these fields, set that parameter to Yes and the error is gone now
