I need to create 3 custom fields in the event that can be edited while creating an event and visible in every event

You can use Event Custom Fields feature, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s.../event-custom-fields

You are using wrong custom fields. The custom fields you are adding is registration custom fields, not event custom fields. Please read documentation again eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s.../event-custom-fields and follow the instructions from there to setup
