Customization of readmore button

How and where to customize the readmore button for the link to the article.

Not sure what Read More button you are talking about because Events Booking does not have Read More button

Hi, it's the tag [readmore text="text" class="readon"]{/article}, tinserted in the content. It's display only a link and I want to have a "readmore" as in my template on the site.
I had try to subsitute the class with the same class of my template with no effect

Events Booking does not support Read More button, so you cannot use Read More inside Events Booking, sorry (and I don't think it is needed)
