For some reasons, with recent release of Helix Ultimate template, using Joomla core method HTMLHelper::_('bootstrap.tooltip'); throws some javascript error and it causes group registration not working. If you got the error, please get the zip file below, unzip it, upload the two received files to templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/com_eventbooking/register folder and the error will be gone
