Invitation message customization was created by Jan-Hendrik
Hi,
is it possible to customize an event invitation in that way that the recepients mail account e.g. MS Outlook identifies the invitation as "formal invitation" which means it is automatically added to the outlook calendar if the recepient clicks on "Approve" within the mail invitation?
Thanks in advanced!

Hi Jan
Sorry, it's not possible. The email will be sent as how it is, not as formal invitation in MS Outlook (honestly, I don't know how to do that)
Regards,
Tuan

Maybe it is possible to provide with the email invitation of the system also the parameters which are necessary for MS Outlook or other Mail clients to identify it as a formal invitation which can be approved or declined.
I'm not an expert, but I think date and time and maybe some other parameters should be sufficient, but I don't know which one.
May be somebody here has some expertise on this topic.
Thanks in advaneced!
