Terms and Conditions Formatting was created by John
Here is my override for the registration page.
I really liked how the privacy policy agreement checkbox was implemented. My site also uses the terms and conditions checkbox, but the formatting was causing problems, especially on a mobile device - the checkbox was off the page.
My fix was to implement the same style and formatting as the privacy policy.
I do have some hard coded messages in here, but feel free to make whatever changes you like.
I placed this in the following location (had to create the override directory):
PATH_TO_TEMPLATE/html/com_eventbooking/register/
