Need event fields for staff only

I need to add a few fields to the events to keep information about the event organizer. Was hoping to fields for Name, Phone, email and then a text box for notes. This information not be public and will be seen by the staff only. I was looking at "Event Custom Fields". I have added a few to add more public information for the event but I can't see any way to make the information for staff only. Is there a way to make it private or another place this can be done?

You will need to use event custom fields, this is the easiest way. If you want thi information to be available for staff only, you need to make some customization to the code

The file you need to customize is components/com_eventbooking/themes/default/common/event_properties.php
