Events Booking version 3.3.1 released

Dear customers

Today, I am happy to announce the next release of Events Booking, version 3.3.1. This version contains some small improvements and bugs fixes:

1. Improve background image handling Tickets+ Certificates

Beside Top + Left parameter, you can now specify width and height of the background image to have it displays correctly in the generated PDF. Default width and height should have following values depends on the size of PDF:

- A4: 210x297
- A5: 148 x 210
- A6: 105 x 148
- A7: 74 x 105

2. Implement Send Certificates button

Now, you can send certificates to your registrants manually from administrator area of your site. Go to Events Booking -> Registrants, select the registrants you want to send certificates and press Send Certificates button in the toolbar. Before that, you should go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages to configure the email subject and message of certificate email

3. Send PDF tickets directly to group members

Now if you use group registration and have Send Emails to Group Members set to Yes, group members will receive their own ticket in the confirmation email. That help saving the billing person sometime from having to send tickets to members manually

4. Added support for RedSys www.redsys.es/ payment gateway for Spanish customers

5. Some small bugs fixes

- Fix saving group member data error on shopping cart mode
- Fix issue with auto coupon plugin (missing field in database table)
- Fix issue with convert payment amount to different currency because Google change their converter URL (only affects customers use PayPal in none supported currency)

It would be great if the ability to set margin sizes for tickets were also an option on this page as well.

Did the ticket type waiting list feature get fixed yet?

@jkosick Could you please explain more details about the issue with waiting list for ticket types? it is working fine here for me

It says N/A instead of giving the wait list option.

On what page it shows N/A? Could you send me a screenshot? And it the event full now?

Is the event full yet? The system can only handle waiting list when the event is full (all ticket types are fully booked and the total number of registrants is equal to event capacity)

Look like you still have other ticket types left, so waiting list is not available for the other ticket types (which are fully booked)

That is unfortunate that each ticket doesn't act like it own event. In our event type we have a lot of people who cancel for a single ticket type and we need the waiting list for that specific ticket type to keep it full. It would be much better it the wait list was available for each ticket as it becomes sold out. Not as the entire event sells out.
