Today, I am happy to announce the next patch release of Events Booking, version 2.14.3. This version bring the following improvements to the extension:
1. Implement a new method for check-in registrants.
- In this version, we decided to integrate with an existing mobile APP called ICODY

. This is a paid but cheap Mobile APP 9,99 € . It help simplifying check-in process. All you need to do is follow the instruction at

, set URL to
domain.com/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&task=scan.icody
and you will be ready to scan ticket to checkin registrants (of course, you need to replace
domain.com
with URL of your site)
2. Improve Tickets Types plugin.
- Tickets created for parent event is now added to children events. So if you use Tickets Types on recurring events or additional dates events, it will save you much time from setting up
- Allow ticket type with unlimited capacity. Just leave capacity setting empty and that ticket type will be treated as unlimited capacity
3. Some other minor improvements.
- Allow turn on / off Terms and Conditions at evet level (you can choose different option, use global configuration, On , Off for each event)
- Display payment method icon (if it is setup) even in case there is only one payment method enabled
- Include check in column in registrants export
- Allow setting center coordinates for Events Booking Map Module
- Improve the integration with square up payment gateway
4. Some minor bugs fix.
- Fix event not being unpublished properly when it is full in some case (only when this config option is enabled)
- For some reasons (maybe web browser update recently), on some site, there might be javascript error and state field is not populated with list of state when a country is selected
