Tuan,
With the version 2.14.1 , we just today had a report where the user was able to successfully pay through PayPal, but that record was not stored in Event Booking's Registrants. So, I think something is still wrong with the PayPal fix.

Yes. There is still a case which a PayPal account has two emails associated with it, so please update to 2.14.2
