Hi, when I upload an image to a product in the eShop, I always get a "type file MIME" error. I've checked everything and it seems to be fine, but I still can't upload product images.
I think the reason because wrong settings in the Configuration. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to check.
It worked when I installed it, but I had to uninstall all of Joomla. Then I reinstalled it and it stopped working. I never touched any of its settings. Could you tell me where I should look? Thanks.
Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at "Allowed File Mime Type", please make sure that you added the correct mime types of files there.
