Can I make options remove when out of stock?

I have options on close out items, can they automatically not show when out of stock.

For instance the color options may have only 1 item in stock and I would like that to not show if it is out of stock.

Thank you for submitting the question here. Yes, it is possible. Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Options tab, at "Hide out of stock products", choose Yes, then Save the Configuration and test again.
