API feed for inventory and pricing

Hello. I wanted to know if there was a way to implement an API my distributor offers into Eshop? I wanted to have real time inventory counts and pricing show up for my products. It's frustrating to have to manually update 500 products manually.I don't mind paying for custom implementation.
