Order not going through via eShop

Hi again 

Another issue with eShop. I had a customer try to place an order for a downloadable article and they received this error (see attached). This was after an update.

For this, we would have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error.

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
