Setting Total Order Price Based on Cart Items

Is it possible in EShop to set the checkout value based on number of items in cart?

For example...

User selected 5 items and let's say the item value = 7€ but if they select 5 items and the minimum cart value is 45€ so the cart automatically bills 45€

thank you for submitting the question here. Total of order must based on the item price. You can only set the checkout discount based on number of items automatically.

Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at Checkout Discount section to try this function.
