Restrict add to cart to certain user group

Hi

I have searched the documentation and forums but cannot find a solution to my query so I hope you can help.

I have one category for which I would like the products displayed to all users (guest, public etc) but for them not to be able to add to cart unless they are logged in with a certain user group (group is called "Environ").

Is it possible to show a category as catalogue only unless logged in?

This is really important to our shop so I really hope it can be achieved.

Hello Alison,

Currently, EShop only have the feature to assign product / categories to specific customer groups. It does not support the feature to set the shopping cart mode of products / categories to specific customer groups as you want. However, if you really want that feature, I think I can find a custom solution to implement it for you.

Please submit a new ticket to EShop category so we can discuss more on it.
