When I step into the Sales --> Orders screen, all orders are listed. All filter fields are unused except the status field shows (Cancelled). There are no cancelled orders, but rather all orders are displayed. If I use the Products filter to select a product with known orders, the screen goes blank and there is no way to bring back the "all orders: screen.
1. The products filter is not working.
2. Why is "cancelled" the default status in the status filter?
