Problems with Applying Coupons for Guests

I recently set up a couple of Christmas Coupons, and set the Customer Groups to both Default and Guest Checkout.  When I do a test to make sure this is working and apply the coupon code to my shopping cart and then click on Apply Coupon, I get a message that states "This coupon is only for registered user!"

I cannot find anywhere in eShop to change this so that non registered users can also take advantage of the Christmas Coupon.  Where do I find this option to make a change so that the coupon will work for all customers?

Thank you for submitting the question here. Please go to edit Coupon Code, at Coupon Per Customer, enter 0, then Save the coupon code and test again.
