HI there,
recently i went over to PHP8 but there are problems with checking out for customers as it is not working with PHP8. 
When is Eshop PHP8 ready to switch over?
Currently i switched back to PHP7 .

What's version of EShop that you are using? Latest EShop is ready for PHP 8. If you are using the latest version, then please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can help you to check the issue.

Where should i exactly place a new ticket?

I checked the version and it is .5.7 so i do have the latest version

We're using Eshop 3.6.2 on Joomla 4.2.6 & PHP 8.0 without any issues.
