Dear Tuan,
we have some problems with confirmation emails.
If customer does not finished payment and goes back from gateway to website there is only information that order was canceled.
1st) Is it possible to set confirmation emails, that order was canceled? Because now the customer is only switch back from the gateway to website. And it is little bit strange.
2nd) After an incomplete order the items still remain in the cart. We need an items to be removed from the cart after an incomplete order.
3rd) Is it possible in administration to set automatically to switch from pending order to canceled order?

Thank you for submitting the questions here:
1 & 3: I am sorry but we don't process the notification emails if customers cancel the order now. Maybe we will improve to add this into future version of EShop.
2: After customer complete order, they should be redirect to complete page and the cart will be empty automatically. If it does not work like that, please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the your site information so I can help you to check.
