We have just upgraded to current version of Joomla (3.10.6.) and EShop (3.5.4), Oos_stripecheckout (1.0) but the changes described below are still happening:
We've noticed a change in orders in the past few weeks (before upgrading Eshop). See the attached image.
In the payment description fields in Stripe the payment ID is now showing "Payment for Order #1234" and the customer filed is showing the customer's email instead of the customer ID. In the Eshop order admin the Stripe Transaction ID is also missing.
The big issue with all of the above however is that admin and customer order emails are no longer being sent. If an order status is manually changed the email is sent.
