First test of the most important emails —> the Customer Notification Email & the Admin Notification Email
1 serious problem and a MAJOR one
• The serious problem: • Embed image are not working. — My customer want is logo on all is web eshop correspondance
I start the right way to do that professionaly with a Google Drive public hosted image that work perfectly on my computer mail program. Sadly, The image is missing when receive.
I try to embed it directly in the email by the editor, and there 2 no image are receive
No attachment - No view it online ?????
• The MAJOR one (cannot use eShop....) —> French Eshop customers buying on the french side of the website receive the English Customer Notification Email?????
Even if my main Language is French and the Customer Notification Email is translated/customized to both English/french
As administrator I receive the correct french Admin Notification Email...
Its simple and logical and should be the minimum for a multilingual component
—> Customers that enter their orders on the french ESHOP NEEDED to receive all messages from the system in FRENCH
—> Same for English customers.The legal address of the store is Québec Canada and that type of language problem can easily be signal to the french or English language authority resulting in heavy fines and store closure.
———————————————————————————————————————————————— For now, we stopped all development with eShop, waiting impatiently for your response.
With all the time invested (almost finished) and the timing for our website to be online, I can’t even explain how damaging this can be. It will be devastating for our project.
Hopefully, it’s just a setting or bug that can be fixed soon...

1. The problem with image maybe because the link to image is not correct or it is dropped the URL of your site so it can not be showed.
2. With the language of emails, it depends on that activated language of customers when they placed order. If they choose to browsing the site in French, then all of emails content should be in French.
Regarding both of these, I need to go to your site to check if the settings are correct or not. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site so I can check.
