Additional order alerts email

Hi
In the Configuration under Mails / Order Notification the Additional Order Alert Emails are not being sent to the email I have added here as they are the people shipping the goods.  Is there something else I need to trigger to make this happen?

Thank you for sending me the site information. I must deleted your comment because this is public forum, any people can see it. I went to your site to check and insert my email address giangdt@joomdonation.com there and I could receive the notification email normally. Please look at the attachment and test again.
