Any changes to quantities in the cart, (or changing the region/postal code, etc.,) don't show up after the change is made. The page posts and the data is absolutely sent and acted upon, but after hitting "update cart" the quantity goes back to the original value. Hitting the refresh button on the browser THEN shows the updated quantity and the message that "Products in the cart were updated!" So it's definitely getting the change and storing it, but the page update is wrong, requiring a refresh to show up.

The modal popup cart appears to work right, but the non-popop cart exhibits this behavior.
