Watermark - not going away after selecting NO to everything

Hello there,

I was checking out the watermark feature today. I added a photo but it was far to large so I created a small watermark image - now the original is staying even after clearing cache and browser history. How can I remove this?

It turns out that I had to select Recreate Watermark images to get rid of the old watermark.

However, when I try to add the new smaller, PNG water mark, I see the watermark but the rest of my image is black. I've tried to add various transparencies to no avail. I will park this as I have more important things to do but can you share any documentation on this?
