set default state, country?

Hello,

I'm wondering if it is possible to set a default state or even country?

It's not really necessary to list as many options as we have by default, and i'm just looking to make it easier for the users.


In addition...
Our shopping cart is being used for pickup orders only and i've already turned off the shipping address.
It still remains on the billing address, and it would be so helpful to have that already be California, United States.


I can't seem to find the answer to this in any docs or other forum posts.

Thank you for submitting the question here. Yes, you ca set the default state or country as you want.

Please go to EShop -> Sales -> Fields to edit country and state field, then at Default Value field, please enter the ID of country or state that you want to have them as default.

To have ID of country, please go to EShop -> System -> Countries, to have ID of state, please go to EShop -> System -> Zones.
