alter text of Checkout Label especially Shipping?

Hello,
I'd like to be able to update what it says as the client-facing title of the shipping method.
I hoped that updating it in the backend would do it, but it does not.

Attachment A -- see how i hopefully updated these.
Attachment B -- and yet it still says this.

Look in the backend under System > Translations - this allows you to alter the text displayed.

An alternative trick for shipping which has different rates for different Geo Zones is to name the Geo Zones with the name of the shipper

also... do you happen to know how to hide this "Model" column from displaying on both the Checkout page and the generated emails/invoice?
(...which I've now updated to "SKU" based on your suggestion... and i still wish i could just hide that whole column/field.)

Hi Nyssa,
Yes, the solution was to go to the "System > Translations" screen and then search for the key that matches what you want to change.
I was able to update it to say exactly what i needed.
Hope you can find and do the same!
