Is there a way to add a step to the checkout allowing the user to add a Tip or Gratuity?

i have just discovered i can do this by enabling the CheckOut Donate in the configuration and then updating the language used in the Translation area!

now i'm wondering if it's possible to move this down into "Step 6" so that they can put in the tip after seeing the total? just above where the credit card info goes? thanks much!
