What time zone does eShop use?

We're selling an item that needs to be discontinued at 2400 EDT on 1 December 2019 (USA East Coast) we've setup the start and stop time in the special tab of the product. Last year we have to stay up until midnight and manually turn it off - so wondering if we can set the store to our local time.?

Hello Jeffery,

EShop is using GMT+0 time zone. From newer version of EShop, under Special tab, you can select date and time for start date and end date there.
