2 errors trying to set up and use Eshop Import Pro

HI I am trying to use eshop import pro for first time and have 2 major problems.

1) When i use button to Export Sample Excel it trys to load a webpage but says site cannot be reached

2) When i try to import - e.g. to import sample file called example-1.xlsx I get error message :
An error has occured
class 'ZipArchive' not found

Can you help?

I have now fixed this issue.

I needed to go to my Cpanel and in PHP Selector extensions I had to enable zip as a PHP extension.
