Can you please fix the Cart Module and Checkout page! unable to remove content from the cart and checkout page... What you posted doesn't work and access so something I can not give you...

Seem the reason of issue because you are using Joomla page cache. If so, please go to edit Joomla cache page to add the menu item of Cart and checkout pages as exclude pages there, then test again.
