Hi,
My client has the IPN turned on in their paypal account.
...But it's got an old "notification URL" from an old website.

What is the new / correct "notification URL" for your paypal plugin?
(I already have IPN set to YES in the paypal payment method plugin.)
...but I don't know how to advise my client to update this paypal setting?

The PayPal IPN notification URL should simply the URL of website.
