User Plugin not working

I was able to work around many areas in the extension however, the template was designed for VirtueMart but we uninstall it then installed Eshop, however, see the following link

and clearly still shows that virtual mart taking over the user, would it be ok to help and advice, please

This part should be belong to the template support, it is not related to our extension. I think it is a module or menu in your Joomla site and you need to login to the back-end side to find a way to turn it off.

If you can not do that, please go to our ticket system at www.joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html to submit a new ticket to EShop so our support staff can help you.
