"Process Available Date" always shown by default

as per screen shot, how do we OFF the "Process Available Date" by default under the "Batch" action?
because now the date will be defaulted to show, when you are not changing the date, you need to delete it every times when access "Batch" action

should't it be blank by default?

Actually, there is an option call "Process Available Date?" to allow you decide to process Available Date or not. Default value for it is No (un-tick). So if you don't need to process Available Date, don't need to take care about that option as well as the default Available Date option.

yes, default value is UN-TICK, but you still need to delete the date (as default value is NOT blank) every time you access the Batch action, if not system will still process the available date
