No Stock required

Hi guys

Is it possible to add items to the inventory without having to add a stock number, number of items in stock...?

I simply want to sell without having to insert the number of items available in stock as I keep forgetting to insert this and then products cannot be purchased.

Is anyone available to help with this by any chance...?

if you do not want to show in the front end, there is an option to disable it. if you do not want to enter the stock number, then just enable "stock checkout" function so that even zero stock, customer still can checkout

We would like to not have any stock at all held. But still make the product available for sale.

Seraph's answer should help. Just need to go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at Stock Checkout choose Yes.

This is the point though I DO NOT WANT STOCK CHECKOUT.
