Missing Data in Required Field was created by Joshua Vines
Data is not being saved to a required field, specifically the State/Region filed, and consequently, the sales tax is not being calculated. How can this happen?

I think it maybe caused by some wrong settings in the EShop. Please submit a new ticket to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to check.
