Customer email not sending

Once the order is placed, none of the emails are being sent to either the customer or admin. How do we fix this?

The plugin is the OS_offline. EShop version 1.3.7, Copyright (C) 2012-2013 Ossolution Team

Please purchase EShop to have the latest version 2.5.5 and upgrade it on your site first, then test again if you still have problem or not.
