Seem you are using very very old version of our EShop shopping cart extension. I also don't see any EShop order from your account. Where did you purchase our EShop Shopping Cart extension?

Hello Leigh,

Now is 2017 so you are using very old version of EShop. In the new version, the popout layout looks much better. Please look at the attached image.

You should also re-purchase EShop to get the latest version as well as our supports.

Okay!

You should (must) upgrade EShop to the latest version 2.5.5 because 1.3.7 version is very old, it is also not compatible with latest Joomla version.

Once you upgrade, all of settings and data is still remain. You must not reconfigure anything. Please read about how to upgrade in the documentation at eshopdocs.joomservices.com/getting-start...ation#upgrade-e-shop
