How to remove shipping method and payment method

How to remove shipping method (Step 4) and payment method (Step 5) at checkout.

The Step 5 is required and can not be removed if you use shopping cart mode.

The Step 3 & 4 can be removed by going to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at Require Shipping choose No.

By the way, when did you purchase EShop? I don't see any EShop order from your account.
