Double VAT field

Hi,

On the checkout address page, once I have enabled European VAT rules there are now two VAT fields. This is confusing for the customer and not necessary. Is there an easy way to disable the first field, or do I need to hack the template? Can you change this in teh product? Two VAT fields are NEVER necessary.

This was solved in the ticket, I can remove the fields easy.
