Privacy Policy pop up window

I've created a terms & condition page and I have pointed the Account Terms and Checkout Terms to that page within EShop / System / Configuration / Options tab.
However during the checkout process (frontend) I get a small pop up window with nothing inside of it when I click on the 'Privacy Policy' link.
Any idea how I can fix this?

Sound like this is an outstanding issue. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site, then our support staff will check and fix it for you.

Hey Giang,
I've created a new post under EShop category per your request.
As for giving you access to the site, is there another method to grant it to you besides putting the login info within the post. I really don't want everyone to have access to it.
