Shipping Internationally (Middle East)

My company has a new requirement of being able to take web orders from many international companies, including the Middle East. Specifically Sudan and Oman. Would updating to the latest version of your software or installing any plugins give us this ability? Shipping carrier does not matter to us....we could use UPS, Fedex or USPS.

I guess what I meant to ask was this...

Currently we have an older version of your cart and we have it set up for UPS. It gives us real time shipping quotes within the USA. We want the same capabilities all over the world. I know your software will allow anyone to type in any address, but what about real time shipping quotes?
