Transfer civiCRM users' addresses?? was created by Joe Bedford
When I used the tool to transfer joomla users, the accounts transferred but addresses associated with those accounts did NOT transfer. Is that the way it's supposed to work or is there a bug?
Also, if someone creates a new account in eShop, is it possible to automatically propagate that to joomla?
Thanks, Joe

Thanks. I'm very new too.
That plugin is installed and enabled. The thing I was talking about is the Tool that transfers pre-existing joomla users doesn't transfer address information. I'll test to see if a new user's address information gets transferred.

I think I've figured out what's happening: joomla doesn't store users' addresses. We're running civiCRM. A user creates an account in joomla then when s/he enters an address, it's going into civiCRM.
I need to figure out how to get address information to/from civiCRM / eShop. I've changed the title of the thread to reflect my new understanding.

You can do it with php my admin if you know how. Just export both tables, reconcile them to a clean list and reimport them.
You can dupe the database for testing.

I can export the tables but I don't see how to import them. Do you have php code for that?

Dear all,
I am sorry but EShop does not have the feature to integrate with CiviCRM system so you can not migrate the user's address from CiviCRM to EShop.
Sincerely, Giang

Where are the user tables located for eShop? I'd like to see if I can figure out a way to get the civiCRM data into them.
