Tax on all products

Is there a way for all the new products that you create to be assigned a "default" Tax?
I know there is an way to select all the products from the Tax Class Details and set the Tax on them but i am wondering in case i missed some configuration option.

Simply go to edit that default Tax class and assign that new products to the tax class. That's the simplest and fastest to assign products to the tax class.
