Wrong redirect in multilanguage

I have an error here:

www.folkambroeus.it/en/tickets.html

this is the only product I am selling.
If you try to change language (click on the rounded flags for Italian or French) it gives a 404 error "view not found"...
I have tried setting menurelationship or no, same problem arises...

I think that because you didn't setup the association menus in Joomla properly. Please read more about how to setup a multiple languages site with Joomla in the documentation at eshopdocs.joomservices.com/multilingual/joomla-multilingual
